  • Holistic and Integrative Health and Medicine is so much more than just adding tools to our toolbox as clinicians and practitioners. It is about treating the whole person. It is also the responsibility to remain current on evidence based research and practice in order to address health disparities as we serve the greater good to heal our planet through the healing of our patients and ourselves. We are the change.
    By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

    • Explain how science and compassion can heal people and change lives in an entirely new way
    • Discuss the power of connection and the importance of connection to self, family, community, and the planet, and connection to each other as health care providers
    • Restate that taking a holistic, integrative approach to healing and shows that everything is connected and that prevention is the most effective path to health
