As healers, we can be on the front lines of helping our patients find "right relationship", and by doing so, heal ourselves, right along with the planet.
    By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

    • State the definition of Right Relationship and its relevance to human and ecological health.
    • State the 5 Fundamentals of Health and how they impact lifestyle diseases.
    • Recognize the research benefits of love, connection, affection and community and how the process of right relationship maximizes these.
    • Explain how restoring right relationship with ourselves, others and nature is fundamental to improving U.S. health statistics on increasing anxiety, depression, addiction, heart disease and disability.
    • Recognize the connected nature of all life and the necessary human place within it.

About Rachel
Rachel Carlton Abrams graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University, received her MD from UC San Francisco and a Master’s degree in Holistic Health from UC Berkeley. She is board certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine.

In 2008 she opened the award-winning Santa Cruz Integrative Medicine Clinic. Dr. Abrams treats many of the world’s most influential people, from CEOs to billionaire entrepreneurs to Nobel Peace laureates. She has been voted “Best Doctor” in Santa Cruz County every year, from 2009–2020.
