Our children, our world, our future are suffering. We as parents can either make or break our children. Learn actionable and evidence based tips to optimize our children's immune system, lower overall inflammation, optimize their mitochondria, build better health and brain function that will allow them to make rational decisions to save themselves and our planet. A mom of 4 holistically raised boys, who began their own health podcast, will educate and empower you will this one of kind workshop with hands on tips and cooking demonstrations to empower your families from the inside out!

Madiha Saeed, MD

Bio

Madiha Saeed, MD, also known as HolisticMom, MD on social media, is a practicing board certified family physician in the USA, health influencer, international speaker and a best-selling author. Her best-selling book The Holistic Rx: Your Guide to Healing Chronic Inflammation and Disease, a best-selling functional medicine children’s book series, Adam’s Healing Adventures (one of Dr Mark Hyman’s favorite pics), The Pandemic Prescription: Restoring Hope from the Quran, Sunnah and Science, The Quranic Prescription: Unlocking the Secrets of Optimal Health, and The Holistic Rx for Kids: Parenting Healthy Brains and Bodies in a Changing World empowering the world towards healthier living.  

She is the director of education for Documenting Hope and KnoWEwell. She sits on multiple medical advisory boards including Wellness Mama. Dr. Saeed is the president of The International Institute of Islamic Medicine (also known as Nagamia Institute of Islamic Medicine and Sciences). Dr. Saeed and her children speak internationally at the most prestigious holistic conferences, summits, radio, podcasts (including Mind Body Green), newspapers and the United Nations recently published her paper on religion and the food system. Dr Saeed's children host "The Holistic Kids' Show" podcast, interviewing the biggest names in the functional, holistic, and integrative medicine world, and helping kids empower and educate other kids. She is a regular on the international Emmy winning medical talk shows, the Dr. Nandi Show (Airing on seven networks, in 95 million homes in the US and over 80 countries), The Deen Show (over 5.8 million followers on Facebook alone) and My Halal Kitchen (with over 1.5 million followers alone on Facebook). She has been a keynote speaker for MAS-ICNA convention in December 2018 with an audience of 12,000 at McCormick Place, Chicago. She has direct connections with the UN, and has been asked to speak to an audience of 40,000 at the UN. She continues to speak world-wide igniting the world with her passion! Her current platforms reach millions on HolisticMom, MD and Holistic Urdu, MD (a channel she runs with her mother in law).
