 Course Description

What is this course about?

The Deconstructing Anxiety model is an effective new approach to resolving anxiety. With the revolutionary understanding that anxiety is at the root of any suffering, five core fears--universal themes of loss--are elaborated. Concepts of this approach and techniques will be taught for finding one's core fear and chief defense. Additionally, the concept of Vision Questing, a method for turning the five core fears into the five ingredients for fulfillment will be presented as a tool to move abstract ideals of meaning, purpose and love into actionable steps towards health for patients.
