Course Description

Incorporating Whole Health principles into clinical practice requires a shift in mindset, tools, and teamwork. This course explores practical strategies to integrate Whole Health touchpoints, tools, and teammates into patient care. Participants will identify gaps in their current approach, learn evidence-based methods for Whole Health integration, and develop interprofessional teams to support patient well-being.

Pharmacist

This knowledge-based activity has been assigned UAN JA0004637-9999-25-012-H99-P and will award 0.75 contact hour of continuing pharmacy education credit in states that recognized ACPE Providers.   

Statements of participation will indicate hours and CEUs based on participation and will be issued online at the conclusion of the activity. Successful completion includes completing the activity, its accompanying evaluation and/or posttest (score 70% or higher) and requesting credit online at the conclusion of the activity.   

Credit will be uploaded to CPE Monitor, and participants may print a statement of credit or transcript from their NABP e-profile. HSC complies with the Accreditation Standards for Continuing Pharmacy Education.

Course Outline

Meet Your Faculty

Juli Olson, DC, DACM, FAIHM

Juli Olson holds doctoral degrees in Chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Sciences, and Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. She is fellowship trained in Integrative Medicine by the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine. She provides direct patient care in the Pain Clinic at the VA Central Iowa, serves as a Clinical Champion for the Integrative Health Coordinating Center, and is the National Lead for Acupuncture in the Veterans Health Administration. Dr. Olson teaches at the Pacific College of Health Sciences and is Adjunct Faculty at Palmer College of Chiropractic for whom she is a Residency Attending in the VA Chiropractic Residency Program. Dr Olson volunteers for the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) as a committee member and for the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM) as a commissioner.
