Course Description

Qigong is a time-honored mind-body practice that integrates movement, breathwork, focused intention, and self-massage to promote health, vitality, and inner balance. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Qigong serves as a powerful self-care tool for preventing disease, reducing stress, and enhancing well-being.

This course explores the Four Dimensions of Practice—Body, Breath, Mind, and Massage—and the Three Treasures—Body, Mind, and Spirit. Participants will gain an understanding of yin-yang balance, Tai Chi principles, and foundational breathing techniques that support neurological, cardiovascular, and immune function.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to identify and integrate key Qigong techniques into clinical or personal wellness routines, leveraging self-regulation practices for stress mastery and holistic healing.
